MTG: Multiple – Mill Valley
The Hivery began in Sausalito as a shared work space for women entrepreneurs. It has now moved to a beautiful space in downtown Mill Valley and offers not only shared work space, but a community membership, plus many events throughout the month. www.thehivery.com If you need to feel inspired, this is the place to go!
This is not a business focused group, but is a powerful earth-centered group that brings girls and women together to celebrate the natural rhythms we go through. It is not just for hippies! They have three circles each year. http://www.womensherbalsymposium.org/

Our members own diverse companies, including manufacturing, construction, agribusiness, energy, retail, technology, high tech, life sciences, biotechnology, transportation, health and professional services. They represent the healthy and diverse economy of women business owners with business incomes varying from less than $100K to over $30M.”
MTG: 2nd Tuesday Lunch – San Rafael – 11:30-1:00 PM —
“Our goal is to bring women business owners together to grow our businesses, connect, encourage, support and educate. This includes established businesses and new businesses, sole proprietors and employee based businesses. All female businesses owners are welcome as long as they are interested in taking the time to support and empower other business owners.
We do not meet on a weekly or monthly schedule but we encourage all members to participate in our member’s marketing events and/or refer to participating businesses.
At each Women at Work showcase event we will support our community by donating a portion of funds raised to a local no-profit.”

This Bay Area (mainly north Bay and SF) support group for women was originally called “A Band of Wives”. The thought was that as women, we are all each other’s wives in that we care for each other and provide support to in each other in the way only women can. The group published a wonderful book called “Nothing But The Truth So Help Me God” which is a collection of stories by women about events in their lives.
